Perception of arrogance is subjective and can vary from person to person. Some individuals may perceive someone as arrogant based on their behavior or demeanor, while others may not see them that way. It's important to consider the context and the individual's intentions before labeling them as arrogant. It's possible that the person perceived as arrogant may not actually intend to come across that way, and their behavior may be misinterpreted. Therefore, it's important to communicate and understand the person's perspective before making assumptions about their character. **
